For shipping with next working day delivery, the fee is €3.00 up to the 2 kilos of weight.

For shipping to land destinations of the General Postal AEE network, with delivery the next working day, the fee is €3.20 up to 2 kg weight. For shipping to island destinations of the Geniki Taxydromiki network, with delivery within 2 working days, the fee is €3.40 up to 2 kg of weight. For areas outside the city limits of the Geniki Taxydromiki network, (inaccessible areas) with delivery within 1-3 working days, the charge is set at €6.50 up to 2 kg of weight.

The above charges also concern hard-to-reach destinations, and they include cost of both transportation and cash on delivery service. Maximum cash on delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.

For each shipment with a cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the fee it is set at €4.00 up to 2 kg of weight.

If a customer wants a refund, then it should be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund should also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.

 For each shipment with a Saturday delivery order, the charge amounts to €2.00.

For each shipment with an order to receive and return the package to the sender, the charge amounts to €1.50.

According to IATA regulations, the charge of each shipment depends on the volume and the her weight. In the event that the result of the measurement of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in cm/5,000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the titration result. For shipments to Cyprus and Bulgaria maximum weight per shipment is 32 kg and each shipment can consist of itself one piece.

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). However, the supplier may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back.
