If you wish to return or exchange a product, kindly contact our company via phone at +30 2104125058 or via e-mail at info@the-artpoint.gr. Of course if you are near in our store you can exchange there your products.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). To complete the return or exchange, the products should be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping process. We will not accept products if the tag is removed. Returns are accepted at the price of purchase and with a valid sales receipt or exchange card. Products on sale are non-refundable. Returned items are priced according to their proof of purchase.
If a customer wants a refund, then it should be made in the same way as the payment was made, within 2 days. If a transaction has been made via card, then the refund should also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer’s account.
For purchase cancellations, the customer can cancel the order before the product leaves the company and after contacting at info@the-artpoint.gr or +30 2104125058.

For abroad
In case that your order has been shipped to a country other than Greece, then the shipping costs of the exchange or return are borne by you. In case of non-receipt, the transport costs and any customs duties are not refunded.
Caution
The refund applies exclusively to online purchases (orders with in-store pickup are excluded) and not to physical store purchases. Refunds are not given on seasonal and sale items. Note that the order’s shipping cost cannot be refunded.
